Griscombe Microfilm Reader Model Number PA In Wooden Clasp Case Vintage 1930s

You will be purchasing a vintage 1930's, Griscombe - Microfilm Reader. I have no clue how to use one of these things, but it has a mirror on the inner top lid part and a lever sort of thing in the front that move the parts around the bulb up and down. It's pretty dusty inside, but I don't wanna clean it and break something. The outer case has some cuffs and a corner of the cover peeling. See pictures for more details.
