Rare Realist Microform Reader 3352 Microfilm Image Enlarger vintage computer

Realist Microform Reader 3352 Microfilm Newspaper Image Enlarger Film Prop VTG. Condition is For parts or not working. Vintage probably 1960s to 1980s.

I'm not sure what year it is. It's been sitting in a garage for about 30 years I do know that. I plugged it in it turns on kind of makes a loud noise but I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that or not.
