Vintage HAL Model CT2100 Ham Radio Communications RTTY and Morse Terminal. It turns on and outputs video. Here it is shown with some CW decode. I did not RTFM and I have not used one of these for quite awhile.

With some better tuning and level adjustment I think it would do better. The top line with parameter display is clipped on my old monitor because the monitor needs vertical size adjustment. This is a very well built piece of USA Ham gear. Please note the scrape/scuff on top of the cabinet. You can find the manual online, else I will provide a CD.
